Kristen shares yoga as an art, a science and a philosophy of a mind and body relationship. Her has trained in a variety of styles and schools, all with the intention of relating the wisdom of yoga to our lives off the mat. Kristen's practice focuses on subtle energy, core strength, breath, increased range of motion and expressive movement, exploring the edges of what we know, and what we don't know, about ourselves. She hopes to create a community of students who creatively and curiously practice the art of yoga through body, breath and mindfulness.
