Sarah strives to bring a practical, nurturing, light-hearted and sensual approach to living yoga on and off the mat. It is her belief that all forms of yoga and levels of involvement with it, encourage us to slow down and tune in to what is currently happening in our bodies and lives, with this information we can understand more clearly our personal needs and create the experiences we truly long for in our lives. Instructing yoga and observing people in their personal discovery has been a continual inspiration for her. In 2006 Sarah attended her first intensive teacher training with master teacher, Ana Forrest and has since returned to train with Ana on multiple occasions. She began teaching shortly after that initial training and currently enjoys instructing students of all levels and ages about the multifaceted qualities of yoga. She is also a certified massage therapist with many grateful clients within community of Sandpoint. Sarah is committed to assisting people in creating healthy and vibrant, bodies and minds with the help of whole body health and yoga practice. This in turn will allow them to radiate loving support and service to others.
