Yoga moves Linda Ries Everyday, Linda discovers something very important on the mat. Herself. She brings that same spirit of self-acceptance and vibrant exploration to her popular classes. Linda Ries R.Y.T has studied and taught yoga for 25 years and owned and directed The Sandpoint Yoga Studio for twelve of those years. Linda has a eclectic approach to her teaching style; combining years of continuing studies with various styles of yoga which include Iyengar and Ansuara, and many others. Linda also includes the personal knowledge she has gained through sitting in vipassana meditation.

On transformation:
